Stretch Hooder

Stretch Hooder is an advanced high-speed pallet packaging system that utilizes cold stretch hood technology. This method offers an eco-friendly and energy-efficient solution while ensuring reliable product protection. The stretch hood fully encloses the pallet and its contents from top to bottom, forming a tight, secure barrier that safeguards against moisture, dust, and other external contaminants.

Using Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) film with a shrinkage ratio of 17–20% and a thickness of just 0.1mm, the system significantly reduces material consumption—requiring only about 500–560g of film per pallet. This leads to considerable savings in packaging costs.

The Stretch Hooder accommodates pallets of various sizes by adjusting film dimensions, ensuring broad applicability. The high elasticity of the film helps absorb shocks and prevent product damage during transportation and storage. Its hermetic sealing capability provides superior protection against environmental factors, making it ideal for demanding logistics and warehousing conditions.
