Rotary Vibrating Screen

The Rotary Vibrating Screen is a high-precision fine powder screening equipment known for its quiet operation, high efficiency, and rapid screen change capability—typically completed within 3 to 5 minutes. Featuring a fully enclosed structure, it is suitable for screening and filtering a variety of materials including granules, powders, and viscous liquids.

This system utilizes a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights installed at both the upper and lower ends of the motor convert its rotary motion into a composite three-dimensional movement—combining horizontal, vertical, and tilting actions—which is then transmitted to the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angle of the weights, the material trajectory on the screen can be precisely controlled, enabling accurate classification and optimal throughput.
