Production Line Process Flow: This production line is used in the new energy cathode and anode material industry. Handheld suction gun manually draws material into the pipeline. Finally, vacuum feeder and fan convey the material under negative pressure to a 4-cubic-meter silo.The silo can hold the amount of material mixed in a batch mixer. The material then falls into the horizontal ribbon mixer for mixing. After mixing, it is conveyed under negative pressure to an on-site reuse silo. From there, screw conveyor transports the material to the screening machine for screening. The screening residue falls into the on-site container, and the finished product is sent to downstream equipment for processing. Finally, the finished product is packaged.

Food Powder Mixing Production Line is an automated integrated system designed for the efficient blending, homogenizing, and processing of dry powdered or liquid food ingredients uniformly and efficiently. It is widely used in industries such as dairy, bakery, spices, beverage, nutritional supplements, seasoning manufacturing and instant food production.

This production line is used in the chemical industry. Under the action of negative pressure conveying, the material passes through the vacuum feeder and falls into the vertical double-helix conical mixer for mixing. After mixing, the valve of the mixer opens and the material falls into the silo. Then, the material falls into the screening machine at a uniform speed through the fan for screening and impurity removal. Qualified materials enter the packaging machine for packaging, and unqualified materials fall into the on-site self-prepared containers.

In July 2025, we delivered one set of fully automatic dry mortar packing and palletizing line for Allmix company in Kyrgyzstan. It has been completed installation and put into production. The automatic packing and palletizing line replaces manual processes with the high-efficiency automated solution, ensuring precision, speed, and cost savings.
