V-Mixer

V Mixer features a uniquely designed V-shaped container constructed by welding two cylindrical sections. Its asymmetrical structure relative to the rotational axis enables highly efficient powder mixing.

During operation, the rotating motion causes powder particles to undergo repeated splitting and merging. Materials continuously transfer from one side of the “V” to the other, while particles slide and spatially overlap multiple times. This process continuously redistributes particles across newly generated surfaces, achieving thorough blending through a combination of shear and diffusion mechanisms.
