V-Shaped Mixer

The V-type mixer is a V-shaped container welded from two cylinders, and the shape of the container is asymmetric with the axis. Due to the rotational motion, the powder particles in the inclined cylinder are repeatedly split and combined alternately, and the material is randomly transferred from one V-shaped area to another V-shaped area. At the same time, the powder particles slide, the space overlaps many times, and the particles are distributed on the newly generated surface. Therefore, shear and diffusion movements are repeated to achieve the purpose of mixing.

Conical Mixer

The cone mixer has wide adaptability, will not overheat heat-sensitive materials, will not extrude and grind granular materials, and will not produce stratification and segregation when mixing materials with different specific gravities and particle sizes. Automatic bagging packaging machine

The bag placer can automatically complete the whole process of picking up the bag, lifting the bag to a specific height, opening the valve port of the bag, and placing the bag valve port on the discharge nozzle of the packing machine. The automatic bag placer consists of two parts: Bag cart and host machine. Each bag placer (bagging machine) is equipped with two bag carts, which can alternately supply bags to ensure that the bag placer can achieve uninterrupted continuous operation.
