Dust-Free Feeding Station

Dust-Free Feeding Station is designed for the unpacking, placement, screening, and unloading of small and medium-sized bagged materials in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and metallurgy. It is particularly suitable for manual feeding and pre-screening of powdered materials.

Equipped with a built-in dust collection fan, the station effectively prevents dust dispersion during bag opening and feeding processes. Operators simply open bags and pour materials into the system—any generated dust is immediately captured by the fan. An integrated vibrating screen (safety sieve) intercepts oversized particles and foreign matter, ensuring only qualified materials proceed to the next stage.
