Pneumatic Conveying System

Pneumatic conveying systems use the energy of airflow to move granular and powdered materials through enclosed pipelines. This integrated technology combines principles from fluid dynamics, materials science, and automation, delivering efficient, space-saving, and environmentally friendly transport solutions.

These systems support horizontal, vertical, and inclined conveying, and can perform additional processes such as heating, cooling, drying, and particle classification during transit. However, compared to mechanical conveying systems, pneumatic systems tend to consume more energy and may cause some degree of particle degradation or equipment wear. They are not suitable for moist, highly adhesive, or statically sensitive materials.
