Production Line Used in The New Energy Cathode and Anode Material Industry

Production Line Process Flow: This production line is used in the new energy cathode and anode material industry. Handheld suction gun manually draws material into the pipeline. 

Finally, vacuum feeder and fan convey the material under negative pressure to a 4-cubic-meter silo.

The silo can hold the amount of material mixed in a batch mixer. The material then falls into the horizontal ribbon mixer for mixing. 

After mixing, it is conveyed under negative pressure to an on-site reuse silo. From there, screw conveyor transports the material to the screening machine for screening. The screening residue falls into the on-site container, and the finished product is sent to downstream equipment for processing. Finally, the finished product is packaged.

Production line process flow: This production line is used in the new energy positive and negative electrode material industry. The materials are put into the ton bag dust-free feeding station with slings through ton bags. The dust-free feeding station can store the amount of a batch of materials processed by the lower-level mixing equipment. The weighing device on the silo is to indicate whether the silo is full or empty. The materials put into the feeding station pass through the fan and the sending silo and pass through the flow regulating valve and adapter under the action of negative pressure and are transported to two horizontal ribbon mixers through the vacuum feeder for mixing.
