Production Line Used in Chemical Industry

Process flow: This production line is used in the chemical industry. Under the action of negative pressure conveying, the material passes through the vacuum feeder and falls into the vertical double-helix conical mixer for mixing. After mixing, the valve of the mixer opens and the material falls into the silo. Then, the material falls into the screening machine at a uniform speed through the fan for screening and impurity removal. Qualified materials enter the packaging machine for packaging, and unqualified materials fall into the on-site self-prepared containers.
