Product Description
The stainless steel screw conveyor uses a rotating screw to push the conveyed material along the fixed casing for conveying. The direction of rotation of the rotating shaft of the stainless steel screw conveyor determines the conveying direction of the material. Stainless steel screw conveyors are widely used in horizontal or inclined conveying of powdered, granular and small block materials, such as food, seasoning food, pesticides, feed, coal mines, ash, slag, cement, grain, chemicals, medicine, food or sewage sludge treatment equipment in environmental protection projects and other fields. The screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying perishable, sticky and easy to agglomerate materials. Material requirements (304.310.310L.316.316L), etc.

Working Principle
When the stainless steel screw conveyor is working, the rotating spiral blade pushes the material for conveying. The force that prevents the material from rotating with the spiral conveyor blade is the weight of the material itself and the friction resistance of the spiral conveyor casing to the material. The spiral blades are welded on the rotating shaft of the spiral elevator. The blade surface type includes solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type, etc. according to the different conveying materials. The spiral shaft of the spiral elevator has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction. When the spiral tube is long, an intermediate hanging bearing should be added.
